Formed in 1999, by owner Cory Halliwell, CMH began as a drywall/contractor supply distributor. In a short time, new areas of business began to find their way into CMH. Today, CMH has found a solid market in medium to high-end design emphasized around residential solutions. With an 8,000+ square foot showroom, CMH is one of Kearney’s premier sellers of cabinetry, countertops, windows, doors, flooring, and much more with competitive price points suitable for a wide variety of budgets.

Meet the team

Cory Halliwell – Owner

Cory has owned and operated CMH Distributing since 1999. With many years of experience in supplying contractors with different construction materials and designing countless kitchens and baths, Cory is committed to the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Ryan Nelson – Kitchen Designer

Ryan graduated college in 2002 with a construction degree. He has 8 years of construction background building homes and 14 years of home design and sales experience. He started with CMH in April of 2020 and opened our North Platte location in February in 2021. He is always looking forward to helping customers with their new interior needs.

Kristen Dunbar CKD – Designer

Kristen is a 2002 graduate of University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. She has been designing commercial and custom cabinetry for over 14 years.

Ayriana Hadwiger – Flooring Specialist

Ayriana graduated in 2014 with a degree in Interior Design. She joined CMH in June 2019 with experience in flooring as well as tile design for any space in the home. Ayriana is always willing to take on a new project.

Scott Geiger – Flooring Specialist

Joining our team in 2013, Scott brings many valuable and creative ideas to the world of flooring. Scott strives to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Casey Kates – Designer

Casey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Nebraska Kearney. She joined our team in October of 2021, and she has 5 years of experience in sales and design. She is always excited to make your dream a reality.

Doug Hild – Doors and Windows

Doug brings many years of experience. A former contractor of 10 years, Doug has a vast amount of knowledge on installing our products.

Kymber Sadlo – Blinds and Flooring Sales

Kymber joined our team in January of 2022. She graduated in 2009 from Colorado State University with a degree in design. She specializes in window coverings and in providing each and every customer with superior customer service.

Ryan Nott – Flooring Sales

I have been in the Flooring Industry since 2011. I joined CMH as a Residential and Commercial Flooring Expert in April of 2021. Since joining CMH, I have also become the Resident Rug Binder and can make custom sized rugs out of any Remnant, In Stock, or Special-Order Carpets we sell at the Store. I enjoy helping my clients find the best solutions for all of their Flooring and Tile Projects.
